Role Overview: As our HR Manager, you will be the strategic backbone of our personnel operations. You will manage the full employee lifecycle?from recruitment and onboarding to performance management, compliance, and workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition: Lead recruitment efforts, screen resumes, conduct interviews, and onboard new team members seamlessly.

Employee Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries, conflict resolution, and performance coaching.

Compliance & Policies: Ensure all company policies align with Ontario employment standards and labour laws.

Compensation & Benefits: Oversee payroll processing, benefits administration, and performance review cycles.

Culture & Engagement: Plan and execute initiatives that boost team morale, retention, and professional development.

Qualifications & Skills Experience: 3+ years of progressive HR experience (generalist or management role).

Education: Post-secondary degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (CHRP designation is a strong asset).

Knowledge: Strong understanding of Ontario employment standards and HR best practices.

Communication: Exceptional interpersonal, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.

Tech-Savvy: Proficient with HRIS platforms, payroll software, and MS Office Suite.
