Mission
Reporting to the Footwear Department Manager and the Direction des Métiers, you will join a footwear expert team composed of 3 people. As a Consultant, you will provide training services for various audiences and manage consulting, diagnostic, and innovation services for companies according to their needs.
Your main activities
- Provide training services in the fields of industrialization development and Footwear product quality in France and abroad
- Provide on-the-job training services on assembly and finishing production lines
- Provide consulting and diagnostic services in the fields of workshop layout, work organization, and productivity optimization, in France and abroad
- Develop and design training modules or consulting products
- Propose and participate in research and innovation actions based on the needs of manufacturers
- Deliver oral presentations during seminars, technological days, or trade fairs
Your profile
- From a technical background in footwear
- Significant factory experience in Development and/or Production and Industrialization positions in France and abroad if possible
Technical skills
- English imperative, oral and written
- Office suite with very good mastery of Excel
- Mastery of Footwear CAO software (RCS, Naxos, etc.)
- Mastery of production management software

Conditions
- CDI available immediately, based in Gerland (Lyon 7)
- Remuneration to be defined according to profile and experience
- Executive status (cadre) on an annual flat-rate basis of 218 days with 11 JRS guaranteed per year
- Regular travel in France and abroad
