Store Manager

Job Summary You will manage daily cashiering, stock replenishment, staff training, scheduling, paperwork, sales reporting, ordering, and receiving to ensure smooth store operations and support your Area Manager. Responsibilities Process customer payments accurately and efficiently at the cashier station to ensure smooth transactions Replenish stock on shelves regularly to maintain product availability and presentation Train new staff on operational procedures and customer service standards to support team readiness Create and communicate weekly staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage and smooth workflow Manage all paperwork related to store operations, maintaining accurate records and accountability Supervise staff performance and coordinate with the Area Manager to report on team progress and issues Compile and report daily sales figures and perform bank deposits to maintain financial accuracy Place daily orders and receive deliveries to maintain inventory levels and product quality Perform additional ad hoc tasks as assigned to support store operations Cover shifts as needed to maintain continuous store operations
