Project (Sales) Executives

Job Responsibilities To clinch sales projects and meet sales quota To respond and follow up on sales enquiries To actively look out for new sales opportunities To participate in tenders and prepare proposals, tender document and quotations To ensure information is properly handed over to Design and Operations Team To consistently monitor project progress and coordinate with all departments involved to ensure timely project delivery To verify accuracy of invoices (internal/external) and follow up with clients on payments whenever necessary. To prepare sales documentations at the point of handing over to client To assist Sales Manager to perform any other related duties as required Job Requirements Possess at least a Diploma, in any field. Preferably at least 2 years working experience in related field. The ability and desire to sell. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 Driving Licence & vehicle (Preferred but not a prerequisite) Entry level candidates are also welcomed to apply.
