The position reports to the Head of Supplier Auditing & Management EMEA

The Position:

• Continuous execution of global audits of the quality systems of approved or potential suppliers of raw materials, components, suppliers, and service providers at all CSL locations. (55-75% travel domestically and internationally)
• If required, also conducting own local site audits.
• If necessary, this position also supports remote/desk audits.
• Creation of audit reports and findings based on established criteria regarding the extent to which the audited processes meet requirements.
• Professional communication of audit results to suppliers.
• Assessment of supplier corrective actions with regard to satisfactory processing of identified deficiencies.
• Responsible for the interpretation and decision-making on supplier-related issues based on company policies, standards and regulations, regulatory authorities, local, state, federal, and international provisions.
• Responsible for quality agreements with suppliers on a global and local level, including the creation, review, updating, and management of agreements for approval between CSL production sites, service providers, and suppliers.
• Supporting the production site during inspections as a subject matter expert for supplier quality to minimize compliance risk for the production site and "Supplier Quality".
• Development of an individual development plan to promote the "bench strength" of the individual and the company in cooperation with supervisors.

What convinces us about you:

• Generally a completed degree of Bachelor of Science (e.g., Biochemistry, Pharmacy) or a comparable course of study.
• English Level 2.
• Several years of experience in a GxP environment in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Knowledge and experience in the field of auditing (internal and external) within the industry.
• Confident working in a global matrix organization.
