The role of Product Life Cycle Manager is a versatile and exciting position that offers insights into different business areas. As the job holder, you will report directly to the Head of Product Life Cycle Management in the Site Supply Chain Marburg area. Your tasks include communication and coordination with numerous partners in a global network. This includes, among others, Regional Demand Planning, ComOps, global packaging management, global packaging design, external supplier quality assurance, external supplier integration, regulatory affairs, research and development, and much more.

The Position

• You review orders (e.g., launch, lifecycle-change, deregistration) and exchange information with specialist departments such as packaging, quality, and sales
• You coordinate complex deviations with supervisors and finalize order requirements in consultation with your customers
• You develop detailed project plans (e.g., schedule, resource planning) and present them in global Change Panels
• You also create implementation plans for regulatory-relevant changes in coordination with regulatory and planning departments
• You ensure that the project plan is adhered to and manage communication with project participants
• You identify risks and deviations, derive measures, and coordinate these with supervisors
• Additionally, you develop and implement process improvement suggestions
• You act as a contact person for internal specialist departments and external stakeholders, as well as for internal and external audits

Your Skills and Experience

• Generally a completed degree of Bachelor of Science, e.g., Biology
• Project experience
• English Level 2
• More than 5 years of relevant professional experience
