Operations Readiness Lead (m/f/x)

Full-time / temporary until 31.07.2029 / Collective Agreement
Task
- Leading the production team to deliver the intended project and corporate value in alignment with strategic and operational CSL priorities.
- Ensuring the timely, quality-compliant achievement of all project goals.
- Technical leadership and support of the Operational Readiness team members.
- Ensuring that production requirements are considered in all project deliverables.
- Representing the System Users in relevant project and strategic teams.
- Contributing production technology requirements into Engineering, Quality, or IT processes.
- Responsible for compliance with the Stage-Gate process, the PD-Playbook, the GE Operating Model, Engineering Standards, and CSL Best Practices.
- Monitoring the correct implementation of regulatory and technical specifications.
- Overall responsibility for the delivery of project elements according to the Business Case, URB, and PEP.
- Participation in Stage-Gate reviews throughout the entire project lifecycle.
- Initiating, defining, planning, implementing, and completing assigned sub-projects.
- Supporting the PMO in the integration of individual M245 sub-projects.
- Promoting cross-functional collaboration and harmonization of project results.
- Identifying and defining potential for improvement.
- Leading the implementation of the defined benefit aspects.
- Consistent tracking of the Project Deliverables.
- Stakeholder management and structured communication regarding project status, risks, and issues.
- Solving complex problems and escalating critical issues to Senior Management.
- Contributing to continuous improvement ("right-first-time") through the integration of global and local systems.
- Ensuring the integration of new systems and processes into the existing production environment.
- Close cooperation with Project Delivery (PD), Maintenance & Utilities (M&U), Quality, EHS, and engineering-related safety teams.
- Ensuring that resources, documents, and procedures are available to meet project schedules.
Skills and Experience
- Generally a completed degree of Bachelor of Science in a technical,
- scientific, or project-related field.
- Sound understanding of production processes and system interfaces.
- Experience in project integration and Change Management.
- English Level 2.
- Over 5 years of relevant professional experience.
