Laboratory Technician 5 QC Lab Manager (m/f/x) - Temporary

Full-time / temporary until 31.08.2027 / Tariff E11T
Tasks include the planning and coordination of resources for tests and projects, monitoring deadlines, and acting as a contact person for other departments. Additionally, it includes the development and implementation of working standards, the preparation of decisions for new laboratory equipment, the performance of validation trials, writing documents and reports, leading training sessions, as well as investigating deviations and initiating corrective actions. The position reports to the Senior Manager Team Leader Laboratory for Final Product Testing 2 (Labor FP2
The Position
- Resource planning for testing, projects, monitoring of deadlines
- Contact person for other areas
- Planning and implementation (e.g., establishing new cross-departmental working standards, preparing a basis for decision-making for the acquisition of new laboratory equipment, complex equipment qualification, troubleshooting within the framework of continuous improvement and studies)
- Creating and processing documents, e.g., SOPs, testing and operating instructions
- Conducting training in analytical methods and on equipment
- Participating as a Co-Auditor (technical input during execution and creation of reports)
- Laboratory-side execution of deviation investigations and OOS investigations
- Initiation of corrective actions within your own area
Your Skills and Experience
- Generally a completed degree of Bachelor of Science, e.g., Biology
- English Level 2
- 1 – 3 years of professional experience
- Knowledge of laboratory automation (Andrew+ pipetting robots) is an advantage
- Experience regarding project work (introduction of new equipment including the establishment of GMP-compliant laboratory processes and technical leadership of a project team) is an advantage
