Retail Leasing, Senior Executive

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute leasing strategies to maximise occupancy and rental income.
• Source, identify, and secure prospective tenants, including retail brands, F&B operators, and commercial businesses.
• Manage the full leasing process, from prospecting and conducting site viewings to negotiation and execution of tenancy agreements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, property agents, and business partners.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify leasing trends and opportunities.
• Negotiate rental rates, lease terms, and other commercial conditions in line with the development's leasing objectives.
• Monitor lease expiries and follow up on tenancy renewals.
• Work closely with the property management, marketing, and operations teams to support the development's overall performance.
• Maintain accurate leasing records, reports, and documentation.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Real Estate, Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• Prior experience in retail, commercial, or mixed-development leasing will be an advantage.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Commercially minded, proactive, and results-driven.
