Job Description
The mission is part of the radio deployment and support department of the Defense and Security BU, and more specifically on the SRSA system (Système Radio Sol-Air) and other associated systems.
Within the SRSA project teams and in close collaboration with technical stakeholders, your mission mainly consists of designing and delivering training to end users of the system in its various versions, notably:
- Collecting training needs expressed by the projects,
- Participating in mixed CS GROUP / MINARM working groups for the preparation and design of training modules,
- Designing training programs (syllabus) in close collaboration with the project technical teams and SLI actors,
- Preparing training modules and developing pedagogical materials,
- Preparing and conducting training sessions mainly intended for military users on MINARM sites,
- Evaluating trainees' learning and issuing training certificates,
- Capitalizing on trainee feedback to improve future training.
Being proactive in implementing innovative training solutions. You may be required to deliver training internally to new arrivals.
You are the guarantor of the consistency of the global user documentation.
You may also be required to intervene for civil air traffic projects.
Qualifications
With a Master's degree (Bac+5), Engineering School or University specialized in the fields of computer science and/or telecommunications. You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the field of complex systems engineering, and you have initial experience in training or intend to become a trainer.
You have the ability to understand system and network environments. Knowledge of communication systems and air traffic control would be a plus.
Your level of English must allow you to exchange and transmit training content in English.
