Recruitment Worker with English, HR Specialists

What will be your job description?

• comprehensive care for Filipino employees from their arrival until the termination of employment,
• daily communication with employees in the English language,
• recruitment of employees (THP, operators, and agency workers), communication with applicants, and conducting job interviews,
• organization of onboarding, induction training, and administration related to employment,
• ensuring occupational medical examinations - scheduling appointments, related administration, and accompanying employees to specialized examinations (e.g., welders to the Center for Occupational Medicine in Ostrava),
• cooperation on HR projects and support for the personnel department.

What do we expect from you?

• active knowledge of the English language - you will use it every day,
• an empathetic approach, independence, and the ability to resolve various situations,
• excellent organizational and communication skills,
• flexibility, reliability, and stress resistance,
• Group B driver's license (active driver),
• user knowledge of MS Office,
• knowledge of the Polish language is an advantage.

This is a replacement for MD/RD.
