Project Manager (m/f/d) RnD (System and Plant Design)

For our corporate headquarters in Ismaning near Munich, we are looking for you to start immediately as a Project Manager (m/f/d) RnD (System and Plant Design).

After a comprehensive induction phase, you will independently take over the management and coordination of development projects for the conception and detailed design of innovative exhaust gas cleaning systems and plants.

Your Tasks

• Independent management and control of development projects in the field of systems engineering
• Process engineering conception and design of exhaust gas cleaning plants and corresponding system solutions
• Selection, evaluation, and qualification of system components as well as process control technology
• Development, construction, and optimization of prototypes up to series production readiness
• Planning, execution, and methodical evaluation of test series for the validation and qualification of systems
• Participation in technical risk assessments and safety evaluations
• Creation, updating, and maintenance of technical documentation
• Conducting customer training as well as supporting the commissioning of systems and plants on-site

Your Profile

• Successfully completed studies in the field of process engineering, chemistry, physics, or a comparable technical discipline
• Several years of experience in managing interdisciplinary projects
• Sound knowledge in the planning, coordination, and methodical evaluation of test series
• Ideally, professional experience in the planning and implementation of process engineering plants
• Confident handling of common MS-Office applications as well as technical software
• Independent, structured, and team-oriented way of working
• Good English skills in speaking and writing
• Willingness for occasional business trips domestically and abroad
