Human Resources Executive
Payroll Responsibilities Process monthly payroll for resigned employees and casual labour staff, ensuring accuracy and timely payment. Handle and resolve payroll-related enquiries and matters for resigned employees and casual labour staff. Prepare and submit tax clearance documentation for resigned employees in accordance with statutory requirements. Process and submit statutory claims, including childcare, maternity and National Service (NS) claims. Verify employee leave records against monthly rosters to ensure accuracy and compliance.
HR Generalist Responsibilities Partner closely with Restaurant Managers, Chefs and operational teams to provide HR support and guidance on employee-related matters. Manage employee lifecycle processes, including new hires, confirmations and transfers, by preparing HR documentation, updating employee information in the HR system and maintaining personnel files. Provide guidance and administrative support on workplace injury matters, including coordinating and managing insurance claims. Manage the administration, issuance and tracking of staff uniforms. Assist with the administration of new and renewal employment contracts for foreign workers. Manage office pantry supplies and refreshments, ensuring adequate stock levels and timely replenishment. Coordinate incoming and outgoing office mail, including mail distribution and courier arrangements. Collaborate with various departments to support the implementation and execution of HR initiatives and activities. Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned by the HR Manager.
Job Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Human Resources/Psychology/Business/Administration Minimum 2 years of working experience in related field Excellent interpersonal & communication skill Have an eye for detail and meticulous Fast to adapt in different situations Able to read and speak Mandarin to communicate with Chinese associates
