Receiving Specialist
Receive all inbound products into the distribution center using all provided systems
Duties and Responsibilities Receive all product into our WMS system with 100% accuracy
Inbound product received within 24 hours of delivery
Notify material handler when product is ready for put away
Notify Warehouse manager and procurement if/when there are discrepancies with inbound product
Operate a forklift and pallet jack safely
All returns moved to quarantine
Using Slack notify what items have been delivered for each PO in the “Supply Chain” channel
Conduct daily cycle counts
Qualifications High School/GED
Minimum 1 year receiving experience
Minimum 1 year forklift operating experience
Minimum 1 year working in a warehouse/distribution center environment
Efficient in excel
RF scanner experience preferred but not required
Experience in a WMS system required
Experience with Netsuite preferred but not required
Experience with FedEx Ship Manager preferred but not required
Experience with FedEx Claims process preferred but not required
Experience with Shopify preferred but not required
