Data Scientist

¿ What you'll work on:

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and deep learning models to solve complex challenges in image analysis and pattern recognition
• Build and maintain a robust annotation workflow to support high-quality training data
• Develop and manage scalable data pipelines in cloud-based environments
• Collaborate with backend and web developers to integrate and visualize model outputs
• Continuously monitor and optimize models to ensure high performance and scalability
• Work closely with cross-functional teams-including R&D, medical experts, and product management-to guide algorithm selection and expand a high-quality dataset
• Document your work, communicate insights, and contribute to our internal knowledge base
• Stay current with the latest advancements in machine learning and proactively apply relevant innovations

¿ What you bring:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field or equivalent professional experience
• Proven experience in machine learning, data analysis, and software development, ideally within a medical or health-tech context
• Solid hands-on experience with ML frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow
• Familiarity with image data and experience with annotation tools and workflows
• Proficient in Python and commonly used scientific libraries (e.g., NumPy, pandas, scikit-learn, matplotlib)
• Strong coding skills with a focus on clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a collaborative mindset
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Professional-level English proficiency
