Senior 3D Visual Designer

Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior 3D Visual Designer to join our Singapore-based Design & Build team, supporting the design and delivery of commercial interior and workplace projects through high-quality visualisation and design communication. The role requires a strong understanding of interior design, architecture and spatial storytelling, with the ability to translate concepts, drawings and technical information into compelling visual representations. Working closely with Design Directors, Interior Designers and project teams, you will play a key role in helping clients understand, evaluate and approve design solutions throughout the project lifecycle. This position is suited to a self-motivated individual who can work independently, manage multiple priorities and contribute effectively within an integrated Design & Build environment. What The Role Involves Produce high-quality photorealistic renderings, animations and visual content for commercial interior and workplace projects.

Translate design concepts, sketches, mood boards and technical documentation into accurate and compelling visual representations.

Work closely with Design Directors and Interior Designers throughout concept, design development and client presentation stages.

Develop and maintain detailed 3D models, material palettes, lighting environments and visual assets.

Support client presentations, design reviews, proposals and business development submissions through engaging visual communication.

Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining a consistently high standard of quality.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of visualisation standards, workflows and asset libraries.

Stay current with emerging visualisation technologies, rendering platforms and AI-assisted design tools.

Qualifications, Experience & Technical Skills Required Degree, diploma or equivalent qualification in Interior Design, Architecture, Visual Communication, Digital Design or a related discipline.

8+ years of experience in architectural or interior design visualisation.

Proven experience delivering visualisations for commercial workplace, corporate interior or related projects.

Advanced proficiency in SketchUp, 3ds Max, AutoCAD, Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite.

Strong capability in rendering platforms such as V-Ray, Corona, Enscape, Lumion, Twinmotion or equivalent.

Excellent understanding of interior materials, furniture, lighting, spatial planning and design detailing.

Ability to read and interpret design drawings, technical documentation and specifications.

Strong visual composition, materiality and storytelling skills.

Excellent time management and organisational abilities, with experience managing multiple concurrent deadlines.

Preferred Experience within a Design & Build, commercial interiors or workplace design environment.

Familiarity with Revit, BIM workflows and integrated digital design processes.

Experience producing walkthrough animations, motion graphics or other presentation media.

Experience supporting design competitions, proposals and client pitches.

Knowledge of AI-driven visualisation and emerging design technologies.

Experience delivering projects across Singapore and the Asia-Pacific region.
