  • Build trusted, long-term relationships with collectors, galleries, museums, auction houses and other art-sector clients.
  • Develop a strong understanding of each client's collection, preferences, sensitivities and service expectations.
  • Maintain regular engagement with key clients rather than operating only on a transactional or project-by-project basis.

  • Maintain oversight of complex or high-value projects from enquiry through completion.
  • Keep clients appropriately informed throughout the service journey.

Account Development & Commercial Growth

  • Develop account plans for key clients and identify opportunities to deepen existing relationships.
  • Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities across Fine Arts services.
  • Prepare and coordinate quotations, proposals, tenders and contract renewals.
  • Monitor account activity and identify clients with declining, growing or untapped business potential.
  • Support new business development through referrals, networking and relationships within the Fine Arts community.
  • Work with the Fine Arts Director on strategic accounts and significant commercial opportunities.

High-Value Client Experience

  • Deliver a premium, personalised client experience appropriate to the Fine Arts sector.
  • Anticipate client requirements and proactively address potential service issues.
  • Coordinate internally to ensure priority and sensitive clients receive the appropriate level of attention.
  • Handle complaints professionally, ensuring issues are addressed quickly while protecting the long-term client relationship.
  • Gather client feedback and translate recurring themes into service improvements.

  • Maintain appropriate confidentiality when handling information relating to clients and collections.
  • Escalate potential operational, commercial or client risks appropriately.
  • Work closely with operations and management where insurance, customs, security or specialist handling requirements apply.
  • Support adherence to relevant company procedures and Fine Arts handling standards.
