Part Time / Full Time Service crew (Orchard area)

About the company

We are growing and looking to build up our team to ensure our current operations run well and have the team ready for upcoming outlets.

Your tasks

• Welcome guests with a warm smile and provide excellent customer service.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately using our POS system.
• Serve orders promptly and assist with table clearing and resetting.
• Maintain top-notch cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining and service areas.
• Help with basic inventory counting and restocking of stations

Requirements

A knack and passion for hospitality and a desire to work to the best of your ability.

A positive attitude and the traits of a team player.

Interest in our offerings; we want you to be excited about what we carry and able to share that excitement with the customers.

Good communication skills, the comfort of chatting with customers, and knowing how to guide a conversation.

• Competitive monthly salary ranging from $2,800 - $3,800 for FT and $15 hourly pay for PT with meal allowance

• Service charge share (varies from $150-$250 monthly) - applies to FT only

• Monthly sales target incentive program ($50 - $150 if sale target met) - applies to FT only

• Annual leave, PH off days, sick leave, child care leave etc - FT only

• Overtime pay - FT only
