Your tasks
What’s the day to day of the role
- Preparing and reviewing accounts for sole traders, partnerships and limited companies
- Running audit assignments from planning through to sign off
- Fielding client queries and acting as a dependable contact
- Supporting junior staff across both accounts and audit work
- Helping managers and partners with the more technical assignments
Requirements
Required skills and qualifications
- ACA or ACCA qualified or part qualified, with experience across accounts and audit in practice
- At least three years’ experience within a UK Practice environment
- A track record preparing accounts and leading audits for a range of client types
- Working knowledge of UK auditing standards and software such as Xero or Sage
- Professional with clients, well organised, and keen to progress in practice
