Solution Architect

About the Role At CrowdStrike, we are seeking a customer- and partner-focused Solution Architect to join our team. As a global leader in cybersecurity, CrowdStrike protects the people, processes, and technologies driving modern organizations with the world’s most advanced AI-native platform. In this role, you will serve as a technical trusted advisor, educating partners and customers on the value of CrowdStrike's security platform and ensuring they are technically enabled to position, demo, and deploy our solutions. Working closely with Sales and Alliance teams, you will participate in strategic initiatives relating to technical architecture, solution delivery, partner enablement, and proof-of-concept engagements to drive growth across the ecosystem.

What You’ll Do Technical Advocacy & Trusted Advisor: Serve as a primary technical advocate, building deep trusted relationships with technical and sales teams to articulate the value of CrowdStrike's cloud-delivered architecture over legacy solutions. Partner & Customer Enablement: Develop and execute technical enablement programs, delivering compelling technical sessions, workshops, and hands-on training to equip partner SEs and technical staff to sell and support CrowdStrike solutions. Architecture & Solution Design: Collaborate with partners and customers to design scalable solution architectures, integrations, and operational workflows aligned with their technology environments and go-to-market strategies. Demos & Proof-of-Concept (POC/POV): Assist with demo environments, NFR deployments, and proof-of-concept engagements, guiding effective testing methodologies based on attacker techniques and competitive analysis. Accreditation & Certification: Lead and support technical accreditation and certification initiatives (such as the Champion Accreditation process) to drive partner technical independence. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a technical liaison between external partners/customers and internal teams (Product, Engineering, Sales, SE, and Support) to overcome technical blockers and drive sustainable solutions. Enablement Material & Lab Development: Contribute to the continuous development of product training materials, lab environments, scripted demo tools, and integration playbooks. Field Representation: Participate in industry events, partner summits, security conferences, and lunch & learns to conduct live platform demonstrations and hands-on sessions.

What You’ll Need Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge in modern cybersecurity platforms, including Endpoint Defense, Cloud Security, Threat Intelligence, Identity Protection, Incident Response, Zero Trust, and MDR/XDR environments. Pre-Sales / Systems Engineering Experience: Proven background in a Solution Architect, Sales Engineer, or Technical Consultant role within enterprise security, SaaS, or partner ecosystem environments. Cloud & Infrastructure Knowledge: Experience with major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern operating system architectures. Scripting & Technical Skills: Experience with APIs and scripting languages (such as PowerShell, Python, or Bash) and familiarity with SIEM platforms, threat analysis, or sandbox environments. Communication & Presentation Skills: Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both senior executives and technical practitioners. Autonomy & Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, work autonomously, and manage multiple engagements in a fast-paced environment. Travel: Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 40% for customer, partner, and event needs. Education & AI Proficiency: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to streamline workflows and improve efficiency is required.

Bonus Points Industry certifications such as CISSP, CEH, OSCP, SANS, or cloud architectural credentials. Hands-on experience developing parser integrations or custom scripts for security platforms.
