Job Responsibilities Provide comprehensive legal advice and support to clients, primarily operating in the technology sector. Advise on corporate, commercial, contractual, and regulatory matters. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, corporate documents, and other legal documentation. Conduct legal research and analysis and provide practical, business-oriented solutions. Support clients in structuring transactions, business operations, and new initiatives. Work closely with clients and other team members on complex and multidisciplinary projects.
Required Qualifications 3–5 years of relevant legal experience. Strong knowledge of corporate, commercial, and business law. Experience in drafting and negotiating commercial agreements and other legal documents. Strong analytical, research, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to understand clients’ business needs and provide practical legal solutions. Experience working with technology companies or international clients is an advantage. Familiarity with international legal practices is a plus. Strong command of English is highly desirable.
