Customs Manager M/F

This job offer is entrusted to France Travail by LINDUSTRIE-RECRUTE.FR Reporting to Trade compliance, you will work within the Customs department composed of 5 people, at the heart of goods exchanges both internally (between our various manufacturing / sales sites) and towards our customers / suppliers. Your future missions:

• Liaison point between Crouzet and the service providers who perform customs formalities
• Preparation of proforma invoices
• Working in collaboration with logistics, the procurement department, and accounting
• Processing Skipper requests for missing data within the framework of our imports and exports
• Control and monitoring of export and import declarations
• Control and validation of invoices from our customs service providers
• Maintenance of customs statistics including, in particular, the amount of duties and taxes paid / KPI
• Management of customs issues: determination of tariff heading, customs value, and origin
• Validation of declarations of origin for our customers (DLT)
• Updating our data (tariff heading and origin) in our ERP (JDE)
• Filing of our records

Your profile for this position: With a higher education background preferred, such as a BTS in international trade or equivalent, you have 1 to 3 years of experience in customs and/or Sales Administration - Customer Account Manager - After-Sales Service and/or import/export to be comfortable with product flow exports. You are proactive, curious, conscientious, comfortable working in a team, possess very good interpersonal skills, and are proactive in making suggestions.

• You have a good command of English (writing skills)

You have knowledge of:

• Office 365 / advanced Excel
• international trade
• Logistics

This is a fixed-term contract (9 months). Non-executive status. The attachment site is Crouzet Pont d'Isère (26600). Your future benefits:
