Your tasks
- Conduct research on frontier AI systems and investigate their capabilities and limitations.
- Formulate research questions to inform Turing s products and technical strategy.
- Develop research-grade datasets, experiments, prototypes, and evaluation frameworks.
- Collaborate with teams to translate research findings into scalable applications.
- Share findings through technical reports, publications, and conferences.
Requirements
- PhD or Master s degree in AI, Machine Learning, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong relevant experience with significant research engineering experience in machine learning or frontier AI systems.
- Strong foundations in machine learning with practical experience in designing experiments and training models.
- Demonstrated research experience in synthetic data generation, reinforcement learning, or AI evaluation.
- Strong programming skills in Python and experience with modern AI frameworks.
