Your tasks

You will become part of the rapidly growing Management Consulting team at crossconsulting and, together with the Practice Group, develop the service offering in the areas of Operations and Sales!

• Depending on seniority, you will support or be responsible for strategy and implementation projects on-site at the client
• You will support the Project Manager in the management of (digital) strategy and implementation projects
• Together as a team, you will develop and prepare project and sales documents
• Your tasks also include research on market- and project-relevant topics
• As a Senior Consultant, you demonstrate uncompromising commitment to the client's goals, combined with a strong solution and implementation orientation
• Independent working, paired with high motivation and high quality standards, is a matter of course for you

Requirements

• Successfully completed university degree, ideally in Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Engineering
• You have sound, relevant industry and/or consulting experience in the insurance industry – from strategy to sales to operations – with a strong implementation orientation and intensive project experience
• You have already been able to demonstrate technical-procedural know-how in life and/or non-life insurance, ideally paired with IT topics
• You possess the willingness required in a consulting environment to constantly face new challenges
• You have the ability for structured and analytical thinking
• Intensive project experience as well as enjoyment of teamwork and interacting with people characterize you
• A certain willingness to travel and flexibility are a matter of course for you
• Sound knowledge of MS Office applications and very good written and spoken English skills round off your profile
