Your Future Mission Within the Team Contribute to deploying the global strategy set by upper management within your team. Help foster a respectful and dignified work environment for all team members. Ensure operational oversight of activity performance and productivity. Oversee human resource management in coordination with the HR department.

Requirements Your Strengths as the New Team Leader Fluent/native level of spoken and written French. Knowledge of activity management (performance tracking) and assignment tools/applications used by the team. Strong organizational skills, collaborative working approach, responsiveness, and adaptability to change. Ability to support and guide team members in skill development with a pedagogical approach. Knowledge of the insurance market and its main players, clients, and activities (if you don’t have this knowledge yet, don’t worry — you’ll learn with us) .
