Works Technician (M/F)

CRIT CALAIS is looking for a Works Technician (M/F) for its client based in Calais. The Maintenance, Buildings, and Electrical Works Technician is responsible for supervising subcontractors and ensuring the proper functioning of production lines and site infrastructure. He organizes his activities in agreement with his manager. He develops and signs prevention plans and ensures compliance with them. He improves equipment and is required to direct works.

your missions:

• Follow up on curative interventions (repetition of breakdowns, monitoring of interventions...)
• Perform and write up calibration
• Prepare, perform, and monitor preventive maintenance operations
• Participate in the development of maintenance sheets and ranges
• Participate in electromechanical operations
• Develop and sign prevention plans and perform lockout/tagout of installations
• Direct works internally or with external companies
• Participate in the management of the equipment fleet and spare parts
• Implement technical solutions for equipment improvement
• Ensure the traceability of interventions in a maintenance log (SAP PM)
• Ensure that machine files are kept up to date (procedure, mechanical plan ...)
• Update electrical plans
• Participate in quality actions and the design of new installations
• Participate in action plans for bringing buildings, machines, electrical systems, and lifting equipment into compliance....
• Monitor and manage regulatory electrical inspections (electrical works supervisor)
• Intervene on site HT/BT interventions (electrical works supervisor)
• Produce specifications, minutes, and analysis reports

Bac + 2 Electrotechnics or Industrial Maintenance with 2 years of experience or more.

• Understanding of written technical English
• Ability to synthesize and formalize
• Competence in mechanics and electrical or HVAC
• Knowledge of QHSE regulations
• Mastery of IT tools (Office pack, SAP...)
