Defect Rectification Manager (M/F)

About the company

Our client, a major player in Facility Management, is looking for a Defect Rectification Manager to join their team for a duration of 2 months, full-time.

Your tasks

• Monitoring and coordination of remaining defects and issues to be corrected.
• Participation in the preparation and administrative management of necessary documents and authorizations (CAB / CEOPS / CR).
• Analysis and verification of technical documentation. A good level of professional English is therefore required.
• Support for Tetris / T&T teams as well as other companies involved in the defect rectification and correction works.
• Support and assistance to stakeholders outside of regular working hours, during the week and on Saturdays, as needed.
• Implementation and maintenance of a follow-up of remaining actions to be completed.
• Adoption of an operational approach, with the ability to intervene concretely on issues encountered on-site.
• Depending on the workload, participation in simple tasks of tidying, cleaning, and clearing technical rooms, as well as resolving immediate and simple problems regarding health and safety (H&S), when these can be handled without risk and within the scope of the employee's skills and responsibilities.

• Location: PARIS 8ème
• Duration: 2 months
• Schedule: Tuesday to Thursday: 4pm - 12am, Friday 1pm - 9pm and Saturday 8am - 4pm
• Type: Full-time
• Remuneration: Between 20 and 22 EUR (EUR) per hour
