Your main missions

You will notably be in charge of:

drafting and negotiating different types of agreements; drafting and negotiating non-disclosure agreements (NDA); supporting agreements related to theses; participating in the drafting and negotiation of national and European consortium agreements; drafting and negotiating collaboration agreements with industrial and institutional partners; providing your legal expertise on subjects related to intellectual property. Your profile

You hold a Master's degree / engineering degree, with a specialization in Intellectual Property.

You have at least 2 years of experience in the field of intellectual property, ideally in an environment involving contractual issues.

Skills sought

Essential:

Mastery of contract technique; solid expertise in Intellectual Property; advanced level of English, both spoken and written; minimum 2 years of experience in intellectual property.

You are also recognized for:

your excellent writing skills; your ease of speaking; your ability to argue and to convince.
