Customer Service Manager M/F

As part of its business development, we are looking for a Customer Service Manager for our client, specialized in the service provision sector, in ST OUEN L AUMONE - 95310 on a CDI contract. The ideal candidate must have 5 to 7 years of experience, a BAC+2 degree, and will be remunerated between 28,000 and 32,000 EUR (EUR) per year for 35 hours of work per week.

You will be in charge of:

• Developing the backward planning of services with clients,
• Monitoring supplier supply schedules,
• Checking delivery notes and shipments,
• Supervising subcontracted operations,
• Conducting client visits and meetings and producing the minutes,
• Managing service anomalies,
• Handling customer complaints,
• Updating statistics and ensuring monthly activity reporting.

Profile sought:

• Essential mastery of English, both spoken and written.
• Good interpersonal skills and good oral fluency.
• Knowledge of current regulations, particularly in the field of transport.
• Ability to adapt and autonomy in performing missions.
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar position.
