As part of its business development, we are looking for an Automation Project Manager M/F for our client, specialized in the manufacturing of batteries for the defense and energy sectors, for a position in POITIERS - 86000.
Your missions:
- Lead projects from end to end: organization, planning, and reporting until their success.
- Identify customer needs and validate technological choices.
- Monitor the design and manufacturing of equipment at suppliers until its receipt.
- Ensure industrial acceptance testing and the production startup of equipment on-site.
- Guarantee project traceability via documentation and the industrial file.
- Capitalize on acquired experience (benchmark, evolution of standards).
- Participate in identifying equipment needs and conduct preliminary projects (costs, deadlines).
- Ensure HSE management of external companies.

- Remuneration: 38 - 44kEUR/year (cadre contract from 44kEUR)
- Various bonuses - You hold a Bac+3 to Bac+5/Engineer degree in automation or electrical engineering.
- You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the implementation of industrial equipment (special purpose machines), from the preliminary project to production startup.
- You have knowledge in robotics, vision, and industrial computing.
- You are comfortable in project management and know how to lead a team.
- You are autonomous, proactive, and possess good interpersonal skills.
- Your technical English allows you to communicate with foreign suppliers.
