Professional Account Manager (M/F) M/F

We are looking for a professional account manager (M/F) for our client, specialized in delivery and transport, in the Essarts-en-Bocage sector.

Your main missions will be:

• Manage and follow up on a portfolio of professional clients
• Respond to client requests and needs by telephone and email
• Propose solutions adapted to client expectations
• Manage client satisfaction
• Participate in customer loyalty and turnover development
• English required and Spanish desired

Schedule: 35h/week - 9am/6pm (variable)

Profile sought:

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar position
• BAC+2 training in the commercial field or equivalent
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Customer service orientation and results orientation
• Autonomy, rigor, and organization
• Mastery of IT tools and customer relationship management software
