Logistics Planner M/F

Missions:

• Daily monitoring and processing of alerts regarding shortages (insufficient stock), flows (milestones not met in the supply flow), and internal issues (contingencies related to logistics or quality)
• Management and steering of crisis cells originating from suppliers in connection with the Purchasing department.
• Implementation of corrective actions to limit the impact of alerts (shortage / flow / internal)
• Launching inventories when necessary, analyzing the results, and validating the correction, while respecting escalation thresholds
• Communicating with suppliers in case of contingencies or changes in requirements from Stellantis and to handle questions related to the service level
• Configuring the MRP to allow for optimal requirement calculation: quantity of parts per order (UA), matching of receipts without expected delivery (ARE), safety stock
• Applying the end-of-series standard, from changing MRP settings to reselling parts to other customers to limit cost

Required Skills:

• Bac+2 level or equivalent, acquired through initial training or experience.
• Mastery of SAP
• Knowledge of supply-chain links
• Professional English (reading, writing, and speaking) at a good level
• Experience in the profession of planner in industry with a large number of references.
