Transport Fleet Management Technician (M/F)

As part of its business development, we are looking for a Transport Manager (M/F) for our client, specialized in the aeronautics sector.

Main missions:

• Manage the shipment and receipt of goods
• Establish the administrative formalities for a Transport service (Ability to read an LTA, an ECS)
• Establish Import and Export declarations in accordance with regulations and contracts
• Monitor "Air, Road" transports and act as the interface with Internal clients, freight forwarders, and Transport and Customs service providers.
• Guarantee compliance with the application of customs procedures and the IATA Standard
• Monitor and handle disputes with carriers, Freight Forwarders, as well as international customs disputes in English.
• Filing of Import/Shuttle files
• Monitor the performance of Freight Forwarders and service providers, fill in anomaly files in real time, and keep your statistics up to date to be reported in QRQC
• Characterize a malfunction and be an actor in its resolution
• Be proactive, participate in steering bodies and improvement projects, placing communication at the top of your priorities with your manager and the team.

You hold a DUT/BTS Transport/Logistics with 5 years of experience; experience at a freight forwarder is welcome. Customs knowledge and the transport environment are mandatory. Experience in an industrial and International environment as well as proficiency in Excel at an Intermediate to Advanced level, knowledge of SAP, the Qualitair&Sea customs solution, and transport management through Shiptify are a real plus. Being communicative, Rigorous, Reactive, and Pro-active are qualities expected for this position.
