After-Sales Technician / Manager M/F

We are recruiting for our client based in the Guebwiller sector, an After-Sales Technician / Manager to strengthen the team in the material handling sector.

Your missions

Reporting to the management, you will provide technical support and ensure the link between various internal and external stakeholders:

Analysis and resolution of after-sales and warranty issues

Follow-up of technical files in connection with field sales representatives (France), the ADV, customers, and partner factories (Germany)

Execution of specific technical studies

Technical interface between the field and internal services

Occasional travel in France (approximately 4/5 days per month)

CDI - position to be filled as soon as possible

Status: Agent de maitrise

Hours: 8am-12pm / 1:30pm-5:30pm (4pm on Fridays)

Indicative remuneration: 35 to 40 KEUR gross annual depending on profile + bonuses

Position based in the Guebwiller sector.

Technical training (BAC / BTS / DUT / Licence pro) in mechanics, industrial maintenance, or equivalent

Junior profile accepted if experience in a similar position, or technician wishing to evolve towards a more sedentary position

Good knowledge of mechanics and hydraulics (notions in electricity appreciated)

Comfortable with IT tools: Pack Office, Microsoft 365, Teams, ERP

A good level of written German or English is indispensable (regular exchanges with factories in Germany)
