MECHANICAL ASSEMBLY TECHNICIAN M/F

We are looking for our client, specialized in the design, manufacture, and maintenance of pumps and industrial systems, particularly for the chemical, petrochemical, oil, gas, and nuclear sectors, for a Mechanical Assembler M/F in CDI. Recognized for its expertise in the design and renovation of reciprocating positive displacement pumps with plunger pistons and membranes, our client is strengthening its teams at its site in La Ricamarie (42). Your main missions will be as follows:

• Ensure the assembly and inspection of mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic parts and assemblies, in compliance with plans, specifications, and tolerances;
• Perform simple machining and fitting operations integrated into assembly activities;
• Control the conformity of equipment and complete quality documents in accordance with current procedures;
• Participate in the assembly, maintenance, and diagnostic operations of pumps;
• Occasionally intervene at client sites, particularly in the oil, gas, chemical, and nuclear sectors;
• Participate in the installation, startup, and maintenance operations of pumps. Your profile:

You have a background in mechanics, which is imperative, and you master the reading of mechanical plans.

Ideally, you have initial experience in industrial maintenance, mechanical assembly, or a technical industrial environment.

Rigorous, methodical, and careful, you enjoy technical work and have a real interest in the industrial sector. Your ability to work in compliance with procedures and quality requirements will be essential to succeed in this position.

A complete internal training program is planned to support you in your takeover of the position and allow you to intervene in demanding industrial environments. It includes, in particular, training related to nuclear safety, chemical risks, radiation protection, and pump maintenance and diagnostics.

Proficiency in elementary English, allowing for communication in common situations, is required.
