• Organizational rhythm and meeting facilitation: Drive the operational rhythm of the PMD by planning, preparing, and facilitating the department's weekly and monthly meetings, while ensuring clear agendas, team alignment, and follow-up on responsibilities.
• Organization and facilitation of management meetings: Plan and conduct the PMD's weekly and monthly meetings; ensure the clarity of agendas (in line with priorities), alignment between contributors, and follow-up on actions.
• Support to PMD management: Collaborate with PMD management to organize and successfully carry out internal events, such as team meetings ("Team Talks"), workshops, and team-building sessions.
• Risk management: Act as the primary risk manager for the department. Use the ARM (*Active Risk Manager*) tool to proactively identify, track, and manage the resolution and mitigation of risks within the organization.
• Claims management. Before boarding, let's check that we haven't forgotten anything in your luggage: we read the flight plan to the end to ensure the quality of the aircraft's journey.

You will need: like a boarding pass: desire, motivation, rigor, and diligence.

Your passport featuring an ideally BAC+5 degree; you master English both spoken and written.

You have a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in industry, ideally in the aeronautical industry.

• Proven experience in the fields of purchasing or Supply Chain management,
• Project management skills,
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills,
• Exceptional ability to lead complex cross-functional projects (project management experience is a major asset),
• Strategic mindset and an innate desire to challenge existing processes to implement new, high-performance operational models,
• "Digital native" profile with proven experience in evolving IT tools (e.g., QlikSense or similar BI platforms) and a passion for exploring their applications within the supply chain,
• Proactive leadership and behavior in alignment with Airbus values.
