The Salary is 41/55KEUR depending on profile

You will join the team responsible for handling all quality issues related to the end-to-end flow (from the section 15 of the A350, between the sites of Kinston, Cadrean, Montoir-de-Bretagne and the FAL (final assembly line).

Your challenges:

• Exploit the data available in different systems throughout the flow and consolidate information to cover the end-to-end (E2E) production cycle.
• Interact with various stakeholders within a dense and varied ecosystem.
• Support the overall performance of the A350 VSM and lead or support projects aimed at sustainably reducing non-quality on the A350 section 15.

Roles and responsibilities:

• Containment, anticipation and prevention.
• Project coordination.
• Crisis management.
• Feedback loop and end-to-end (E2E) communication.
• Escalation of technical issues to management.

You will need: as a boarding pass: desire, motivation, rigor and diligence.

Your passport featuring an ideally BAC+5 degree, you master English orally and in writing.

You have at least 2 years of experience in an operational Airbus environment. Your English is at least fluent orally and in writing.

You must possess the following skills and experience:

• Quality culture.
• Ability to work within an integrated team, with good communication skills.
• Leadership, ability to manage/coordinate international interfaces and to escalate problems to different levels of management.
• Reporting capabilities and ability to simplify complex subjects.
• Autonomy.
• Good understanding of the industrial ecosystem.
