Crit Bordeaux Tertiaire is looking for a Documentary Project Manager (M/F) based in Bordeaux Bastide for one of its clients, a leader in the aeronautics sector.

Your missions:

  • Autonomously analyze the impacts on documentation resulting from technical product evolutions or the maintenance plan.
  • Process requests for technical documentation modifications (with hardware owners PSE-ASL-DOC, EPI, ADS, ITP and the documentation integrator).
  • Manage technical documentation data under configuration management.
  • Produce or oversee the production and distribution of technical documentation.
  • Manage the distribution of technical documentation.
  • Act as the internal and external (client) documentary focal point.
  • Apply normative and technological evolutions within the field.
  • Propose updates and evolutions to documentary processes.
  • Ensure the operational readiness of the publication chain tools.
  • Collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders:
  • Internally: with all departments of the Customer Support division and the Technical Direction.
  • Externally: Clients (operational teams), partners, subcontractors.

Your profile:

  • Master's degree (Engineer or equivalent) in the field of aeronautics, mechanics, or a generalist field.
  • Knowledge of technical documentation standards.
  • Basic knowledge of XML language.
  • Data analysis across multiple and varied formats (plans, ranges, Technical Notes, databases).
  • Knowledge of products.
  • Proficiency in technical English.
  • Subcontracting management.
  • You have a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in the aeronautics sector, ideally in customer support, operational maintenance (MCO), or technical writing roles.
  • You are rigorous, organized, and possess strong analytical skills.
  • You enjoy working in a team and promoting inter-departmental cooperation.
