• Strategic Project Management: Pilot and successfully lead cross-functional strategic projects aimed at modernizing, optimizing, and developing core material control capabilities.
• Community Governance: Coordinate, animate, and evolve our recently established "Material Control" community between the different operational units.
• Process Optimization: Initiate, implement, and stabilize operational process improvements to promote continuous improvement and performance excellence.
• Stakeholder Management: Establish, develop, and maintain strong professional relationships with internal specialized departments, corporate functions, and external suppliers/service providers.
• Executive and Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to the QMDM management team, including the alignment of business strategies, the deployment of the AOS, as well as the organization of key corporate events and high-level steering committee meetings.

You will need: as a boarding pass: desire, motivation, rigor, and diligence. Your passport featuring an ideally Master's degree (BAC+5), you are proficient in English, both spoken and written. You have a minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in industry, ideally in the aeronautical industry.

What will make the difference for success in this position is:

• Professional Experience: Proven experience in project management, process optimization, quality management, or equivalent operational functions in an industrial or engineering environment.
• Methodological Skills: Solid fundamental knowledge of performance improvement methodologies (Lean Management, Six Sigma, continuous improvement processes) and strong organizational skills.
• Aptitude and Adaptability: Excellent time management and a proven ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in the face of evolving production requirements; ability to synthesize complex technical subjects and present them clearly to diverse stakeholders.
• Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, at all levels of the company hierarchy and in multicultural environments.

Language Skills:

• English: Advanced professional proficiency (mandatory for international communication and reporting).
• Mobility: Availability for occasional business travel (approximately 3 to 4 trips per year), particularly within the European/French company network.
