Let's stop over at your flight plan and the expectations of this position: As part of this mission, you will be responsible for driving and coordinating Configuration Management activities within your scope of responsibility, at the Program, Project, major component, or component level. You will notably be the guarantor of the proper completion of deliverables and compliance with Configuration Management processes, in close collaboration with all stakeholders: Programs, Engineering, Quality, Production, and Customer Service.

Among your missions:

• Drive and coordinate Configuration Management activities and guarantee the compliance of deliverables associated with the processes.
• Identify elements to be placed under formal configuration control and define their scope.
• Identify and formalize requirements as well as the functional and physical characteristics of the elements concerned.
• Ensure configuration control by guaranteeing the mastery, traceability, and documentation of evolutions and modifications.
• Prepare, organize, and lead Configuration Control Boards (CCB).

The Salary is 55-60KEUR depending on profile.

We are looking for a profile with proven experience in the following areas:

• Change Management and Configuration Management;
• Driving and coordination of small projects;
• Multi-functional coordination (MFT), notably with Procurement, Engineering, and After-Sales Service teams;
• Knowledge of the AIRBUS environment, ideally also acquired in a subcontracting context, would be strongly appreciated.

Beyond technical skills, we are looking for a motivated and involved person, with a real sense of responsibility, capable of integrating quickly into a new environment. Curious, autonomous, and proactive, endowed with good communication and coordination skills with various interlocutors.
