• Deploy and apply HR policies and processes within the Production department
• Support managers in team management and development
• Define and drive employee development plans
• Participate in salary reviews and the recruitment plan
• Be the preferred HR interlocutor for employees

• English level B1
• Proficiency in information, particularly with software such as SIRH
