Your missions:

Within the quality department, you will ensure the control and monitoring of technical documentation to guarantee its compliance and availability. As such, your main missions will be as follows:

  • Control the compliance of received technical documents.
  • Verify, analyze, and ensure the monitoring of documentary files.
  • Identify any discrepancies and ensure their processing in connection with the relevant departments.
  • Guarantee the traceability and filing of documents.
  • Participate in the updating of documentation and databases.
  • Read and analyze technical documents, including in English.
  • Ensure exchanges with various internal and external interlocutors, notably via e-mail.
  • Contribute to compliance with quality procedures and documentary requirements.
  • You hold a training level from Bac to Bac+2 in a technical, industrial, or quality field.
  • A first experience in an industrial environment is a real asset.
  • You master office tools, notably Excel and Outlook.
  • You are comfortable with reading and analyzing technical documents.
  • You have an English level of B1/B2, allowing you to understand technical documents and write professional e-mails.
  • Rigorous, organized, and methodical, you know how to manage several files simultaneously while respecting deadlines.
  • You enjoy teamwork and demonstrate good interpersonal skills.
