Your agency CRIT Le Plessis-Belleville is looking for a Sales Advisor for its client, a leader in the luxury perfume, skincare, and cosmetics sector in DUTY FREE, for its partner brands at CDG airport.

As a true ambassador of the brand and its universe, you will offer every customer an exceptional experience. The use of foreign languages is indispensable: Fluent English + ideally Turkish, Mandarin, or Modern Standard Arabic.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Welcome an international clientele with elegance and professionalism.
  • Advise and enhance every customer through perfect knowledge of products and notes.
  • Perform refined demonstrations and finalize sales with an irreproachable sense of service.
  • Participate in the visual merchandising of the point of sale: neat presentation, product highlighting, and compliance with luxury standards.
  • Actively contribute to commercial performance and turnover development.
  • Ensure proper stock management and order tracking.

Contract: CDI - 35h/week Working hours: 4:30 AM to 11:00 PM (Monday to Sunday, on a rotating basis) Remuneration: between 26,000 EUR and 30,000 EUR gross/year, depending on profile and experience Fixed and variable components

  • You have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the sale of cosmetic products, ideally in a luxury or high-end environment.
  • You master sales techniques and personalized consulting.
  • You speak English fluently as well as Mandarin, or Turkish, or Modern Standard Arabic.
  • You are recognized for your elegant presentation, your attention to detail, and your interpersonal excellence.
  • You are enthusiastic, rigorous, and passionate about the beauty universe.
  • Training in aesthetics or cosmetics or experience in a similar position.
  • A clean criminal record extract (less than 3 months old) must be presented.
