Accounts Receivable Accountant M/F

We are recruiting for our client based in Les Mureaux an Accounts Receivable Accountant M/F for a renewable one-month mission.

You will report hierarchically to the head of the "Accounts Receivable and Bank" department. You will be responsible for the reliability of financial data, while being attentive to internal clients. As part of your mission, you will be responsible for: Ensuring, within the deadlines, the invoicing of billable events for a defined portfolio of civil contracts, in compliance with contract conformity and the company's internal procedures, those of the clients, and tax legislation, Analyzing the financial clauses of client contracts and ensuring the completeness of the entry of billing plans for the relevant contracts in the SAP SD information systems, Ensuring the follow-up of invoices to be issued and deferred income, Entering client receipts for the entire scope of the company in SAP, eventual payments to co-contractors, and monitoring compensations for subcontractors with direct payment, Controlling and justifying client accounts associated with the contract portfolio, Ensuring the reconciliation of client accounts and the follow-up of unpaid client invoices, Participating in monthly closing operations and providing the necessary elements for the preparation of the company's accounts, Participating in the preparation of documentation requested by internal and external auditors, Participating in the evolution of financial information systems, Contributing to the drafting and updating of procedures related to Accounts Receivable accounting. You have a degree from a Bac+2 type training in Accounting and Finance. You have a minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or finance in an equivalent role. You have an appetite for numbers. You master SAP, notably the SD and FI modules. Your level of English allows you to study documentation. Your interpersonal skills allow you to work in collaboration with various internal and external interlocutors: The departments and services of the Financial Management, The client financial services, The auditors.
