Check-in Agent M/F

As part of its business development, we are looking for a temporary CHECK-IN AGENT for our client, specialized in the air transport sector. The position is based in ROISSY CDG

Your missions will be:

• Ensure passenger reception and provide information on boarding formalities
• Manage baggage check-in and monitor boarding operations
• Coordinate the different stages of the ground handling process in connection with airlines
• Ensure the smooth running of ground operations and customer satisfaction
• Comply with safety instructions and current procedures

Software skills: ALTEA / SABRE

Contract details:

• Job title: CHECK-IN AGENT
• Hours: 35 hours per week/ Shift work/ 7/7 days and holidays

Salary:

• Between 22000 and 25000EUR per year

Education:

• BAC

Required skills:

• English level C1 minimum + ALTEA or SABRE software
• Good knowledge of boarding procedures and aviation safety standards
• Ability to work in a team and manage stressful situations
• Excellent communication and customer relations skills
