Industrial Buyer M/F

CRIT Beauvais is recruiting for its client, a global leader in agricultural machinery and precision agriculture technologies, an M/F Buyer for its Beauvais (60) site.

Start date: as soon as possible Mission until December 23, 2026, with possibility of extension Target remuneration: 45 to 50 KEUR gross annual depending on profile and experience

Your main responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of suppliers and purchasing families.
• Drive consultations and calls for tender.
• Negotiate commercial conditions: price, lead times, quality, and contractual conditions.
• Participate in development and industrialization projects in collaboration with technical teams.
• Analyze costs and identify opportunities for expenditure reduction.
• Monitor and improve supplier performance based on quality, cost, and lead time criteria.
• Participate in resolving supplier issues in collaboration with Supply Chain, Quality, and Engineering teams.
• Ensure contract monitoring and compliance.
• Update Purchasing performance indicators and contribute to achieving savings objectives.

• Education: Bac+3 to Bac+5 in Purchasing, Supply Chain, Business, or Engineering.
• 3 to 5 years minimum experience in industrial purchasing or project purchasing.
• Mastery of supplier negotiation, calls for tender, and cost analysis.
• Experience in supplier performance management and project management.
• Good knowledge of the industrial environment and supply flows.
• Fluent professional English, with regular exchanges with international suppliers.
• Rigorous, autonomous, organized profile, with good interpersonal skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.
