Your tasks
- Work in a music school and retail outlet environment
- Warmly welcome prospective students and parents, identify their musical goals and actively convert inquiries into free trial lessons and long-term enrolments
- Coordinate and process new student enrolments, new music course and package activation, recurring music lessons retentions, monitoring student learning journey record and observe teachers’ classroom teaching effectiveness
- Spearhead the promotion and sales of company service packages and concert/recital tickets
- Act as the primary touchpoint for student/parent feedback, ensuring a customer experience that minimizes student withdrawal
- Assist with invoice/billing administration, resolve customer enquiries/feedback and perform make up lessons' arrangements, if required
- Follow Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and work instruction
- Maintain real-time records of all tasks, customer orders, follow-up actions and outstanding matters in shared cloud spreadsheets (Google Sheets), ensuring that information is updated promptly and consistently across all communication channels
Requirements
- GCE "O" Level and above
- No experience required; training provided
