We are seeking an ambitious Junior Tax Assistant with 1 to 2.5 years of practice experience to join our dynamic team. The Role

Your core focus will be managing end-to-end tax return preparation and processing. However, unlike standard roles at traditional firms, you won’t be boxed into basic compliance. Given our diverse range of tax advisory and specialized probate work, this role offers genuine long-term scope to develop into advisory services and niche practice areas at an accelerated pace.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing personal and business tax returns for a varied client portfolio.
• Collating and reviewing client financial records, income details, and tax documentation.
• Assisting senior staff with tax advisory projects, research, and technical query resolution.
• Supporting compliance and administrative workflows across tax and probate engagements.
• Acting as a proactive point of contact for client queries.

What We’re Looking For

Experience: 1 to 2.5 years within an accountancy practice or specialized tax environment. Qualifications: Actively studying or starting toward ATT, ACCA, or CTA. Skills & Attributes: Strong numerical accuracy, excellent attention to detail, and solid clear communication skills. Personality: Enthuastic, proactive, and keen to learn.
