*Job Overview*

We are seeking an experienced and proactive cleaner to become an integral part of our team. As a Cleaner you are responsible for ensuring the impeccable upkeep of our facilities. With Cressey?s dedication to quality top of mind, this role plays a vital part in creating a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for our tenants, and visitors.

*Key Responsibilities*

• Perform thorough cleaning of bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, living areas, decks, and patios in unoccupied apartments.
• Utilize vacuuming and/or washing techniques to clean all floor surfaces effectively.
• Wash walls, windows, doors, cabinets, and cupboards to maintain a pristine environment.
• Ensure cleanliness of appliances, sinks, showers/tubs, and toilets.
• Execute dusting and polishing tasks to enhance the appearance of surfaces.
• Maintain cleanliness in all common areas of the property.
• Uphold safety standards in common areas and adhere to Cascadia's Health and Safety protocols.
• Provide cleaning coverage during holidays at other buildings and offer support for other roles as needed at the assigned building.
• Fulfill any additional cleaning duties assigned to uphold the cleanliness standards of the property's apartments and common areas.
• Perform other related duties, as required.

*Skills and Qualifications*

• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Proactive problem solver with a positive attitude.
• Team player who can collaborate with colleagues and residents.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00 per hour
