Tourism Operations Assistant Fluent English (M/F)

Crescendo Lyon Vaise, Generalist Employment Agency, is recruiting on behalf of one of its clients, a Tourism Operations Assistant Fluent English (M/F).

Our client is a historic French group specializing in tourism and transport, which notably develops a destination management agency activity dedicated to a French and international professional clientele. Within this activity, the structure supports tour operators and international tourism players, particularly in the river and sea cruise sector. It handles the organization of land services: excursions, guided tours, transport, cultural and gastronomic activities, as well as the various services necessary for the smooth running of stays. In a context of business development, our client is strengthening its teams and is looking for a Tourism Operations Assistant (M/F) to join its team based in Caluire-et-Cuire.

Your missions will be as follows:

• Organize and monitor excursion programs and tourism services.
• Manage reservations and ensure follow-up with various service providers.
• Develop and monitor operational schedules.
• Prepare the documents necessary for the smooth running of services.
• Adapt programs according to constraints and potential unforeseen events.
• Ensure daily relationship management with professional clients and suppliers.
• Participate in monitoring the quality of services, particularly in the field.
• Ensure administrative follow-up and invoicing of files.
• Communicate daily in English, by telephone and by email.
• Participate in a paid on-call duty approximately one week per month, including weekends.

Position to be filled as soon as possible CDI contract Weekly duration: 39H00 Salary: 2400-2500€ gross monthly x 13 months, to be negotiated depending on profile Benefits: On-call bonus of 320€ gross (1x per month only), 13th month, restaurant vouchers in the amount of 10€/worked day (including 60% employer share), participation, TR 10, Company health insurance covered at 75% + Gym including Pilates, Yoga, muscle strengthening, Cardio, and Boxing classes. Location: Caluire et Cuire, accessible by public transport or free company parking available on site.

Profile sought

Ideally holding a qualification in the tourism field, such as a BTS Tourisme, you have initial experience in the tourism sector, including internships and work-study programs. You wish to evolve in an international and operational environment. You are recognized for your:

Fluency in English, both spoken and written, is indispensable. Proficiency in Pack Office is also expected. Initial experience in tourism, travel, events, destination management, or coordination of tourism services will be appreciated.
